Stop Smoking- the Healthy way
Smoking is dangerous. Here are a few reasons why you should stop smoking: It is a major cause of cardiovascular and respiratory disease. Studies have found that cigarette smoking is the greatest risk factor for chronic obstructive lung disease. It is also associated with some very serious skin conditions, which includes skin psoriasis and cancer.
Smoking is hazardous to the health of both the smoker and the bystanders. This second hand smoke increases the risk of lung cancer and heart disease. The spouse of a cigarette smoker is certainly at risk because of the dangers associated with this second hand smoke. Kissing a smoker is equal to licking an ash tray.If you really care about your spouse and others you really should stop smoking now.
Smokers believe that they exhale most of the smoke they take in. This is far from the truth…..Research has shown that they exhale only 10% of what they inhale. This means that they retain 90% in their bodies and their lungs fills up with the thick smoke.
Smoking usually begins with a person trying to fit in with the crowd but soon becomes a ritual. It is indeed no different from dressing yourself in the morning or eating a meal when you are hungry…..It seems like a normal thing to do, but if you continue smoking for more than a year, your lungs would resemble the inside of your vehicle tail pipe – covered with thick black residue from the tar and nicotine .
If you are going to stop smoking, you have to detoxify your lungs as well. Doctors and health officials would tell you that in order to achieve pink healthy looking lungs again, it would normally take fifteen smoke-free years…..that’s a long time and who wants to be in that condition for such a long time?
Fortunately, you can detoxify your lungs and go from being a chain smoker to a no-smoker in just a matter of months. This highly effective method which uses a secret combination of vitamins will flush out those toxins and really make you feel like kicking the smoking habit. It is one year now since I Stopped Smoking and I don’t think I’ll ever smoke again. My life improved a lot, in new ways I never thought of in connection with quitting smoking. For instance, my life in hotel rooms got better. Before, I used to ask for a smoking room whenever I checked in a hotel. Smoking rooms have a bad smell, regardless the hotel category or cleanliness. Maybe they don’t smell if the hotel is new but this I cannot tell. Many times I had to endure that bad odor, being ashamed to go and ask for another room at the reception. I noticed that improvement from the first time I checked in a hotel as non-smoker and I was impressed of the nice flowery scent of the room.
