Loosing Weight-The unfair way

 

We have been taught never to cheat because “cheating never pays”. Today we`ll examine that old age saying and see if that holds true for everything. 

What is cheating?…..basically, it`s obtaining something by an unfair means. Now what does this have to do with dieting?…how can I cheat on my diet and still lose weight?. Up until now, we have been taught that in order to loose weight,we must eat less. we skip a meal or two,replace starches with vegetables,and starve ourselves because we want a good report when we step on the scale. At the end of the week we step on the scale knowing that we have resisted the “fattening foods” and to our great suprise, we haven`t loose an ounce.  

The truth is , regular dieting do work but how many of us have the dicipline to resist that double cheese burger or juicy slice of pizza?, even as you read this article your body is calling for it :) .

Our bodies are designed to protect us from starvation so if we don’t get enough calories for an extended period of time?  that`s not a problem, our bodies simply causes ”bad” hormones, fat storage enzymes, and hunger to all increase while “good” hormones, metabolism, and fat burning enzymes all disappear from the scene.
